This Member Agreement exists for the benefit of Futureincards.com and its members. Futureincards.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Member Agreement immediately and without notice.

Futureincards.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

We, our partners or licensors, own exclusively all content on this Site, including, but not limited to, graphics, logos, text, data, downloadable software, page layout and look and feel of the web pages (the "Content"). The Content is protected under U.S., Canadian, Russian Federation and international copyright laws. Except for the license granted herein, your use of Futureincards.com gives you no rights in our or our partners' copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or any other intellectual property rights.
You may not incorporate the Content into another database or search engine. You may not access the Content by means of any automated processes, spiders, bots or similar devices. You may not modify, copy, transmit, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code from, any software accessible or available through Futureincards.com, or sell, assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any right in such software.

Members agree to pay Futureincards.com a monthly membership fee of $42.99 US to gain unrestricted, unlimited access to the Futureincards.com system. Some restrictions apply

Futureincards.com will issue full refunds of membership fees only for the requests made within the first 24 hours of an initial membership. For refunds, please contact us via email at: [email protected].

Futureincards.com will in no way be liable for the actions of its members or third parties that may in any way cause other members harm.

Members, at their own will, may purchase Futureincards.com product and/or service selections. Members are in no way required to purchase Futureincards.com product(s) and/or service(s).

Any members exercising chargeback with credit cards will have their membership terminated immediately. Any member who pays with a check or EFT and whose check submitted with NSF or Closed Account will be terminated immediately. Illegal activity.
Members may not present Futureincards.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Futureincards.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity, email-spam, etc.

Any member acting unethically, unprofessionally or illegally may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of Futureincards.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

Membership at Futureincards.com is voluntary and therefore may be cancelled at any time by the member. Futureincards.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with this Member Agreement. However, every member who has decided not to renew his membership will lose his/her place in a matrix causing cancellation of all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with Futureincards.com.

A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of Futureincards.com.

This Member Agreement is governed by the laws of Russia and any disputes relating to this Member Agreement or use of Futureincards.com will be resolved in the Federal or Provincial Courts in Russia. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Russia.

In the event that any portion of this Member Agreement is held to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Futureincards.com Member Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect.

You agree to indemnify us for all damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that we may incur as a result of your breach of the Futureincards.com Member Agreement or any claims brought relating to Your Reading or in any way relating to your conduct with any other user of any Futureincards.com site or service. We shall provide to you timely notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Futureincards.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

Customer accounts for those using this system are accessible only by selecting and using a unique user name (email address) and password. You can change your password at any time by using the "Change Password" feature in the application. Changes to your account status (i.e., changing a billing method or mailing address) can also be made through the various tools of the application. You should have your account number, password and user name (email address) ready to validate your authority to make such changes.
We recommend that you keep your account number(s), user name(s) and password(s) secure to protect against unauthorized access to your account(s). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name(s) and password(s), which grant access to your account(s). In the event that a user name and/or password is lost or stolen, you should contact us immediately at [email protected].

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL WE (OR ANY OF OUR PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, Futureincards.com SITES OR SERVICES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY SITE OR ANY USER OF Futureincards.com. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF THE INFORMATION RECEIVED THROUGH OR FROM Futureincards.com, USE OF CONTENT OR THE FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF, THE CONTENT BY ANYONE OTHER THAN US.

OUR LIABILITY, AND THAT OF OUR PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, AND B) $100.

Futureincards.com strictly prohibits the use of Unsolicited Mail or SPAM. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships cancelled without any refund.

Each member is responsible for any and all taxes payable in their own jurisdiction, for any income received either from Futureincards.com or any program promoted via the Futureincards.com program.
